Organic pasta, in line with tradition
We couldn’t fail to include lasagna in our pasta range. This is made with just organic Italian wheat and water from our hills.
The pasta is rough extruded, giving it a rough, porous surface, as if it were home made.
Lasagna is a pasta format that has always been traditionally served in the Marche, using family recipes for meat sauces and plenty of white sauce, or with vegetables for a meat-free version.
