100% italian pulses and cereals
In addition to the dry products already on sale, the new organic, ready-to-cook cereal and pulses mixed soups are available.
A mix of 3 SKU: Soup of Sorghum and Lentils; Soup of Emmer Wheat and Pulses; Soup of Cereals and Pulses packed in modified atmosphere in 400g, rich in fibre and protein, with ingredients typical from the Center of Italy, each with a particular taste and peculiarity.
OUR ORGANIC PASTA SUPPLY CHAIN
A 100% organic pasta factory, from field to table.
Organically grown wheat, gently ground in our Mill. The semolina is immediately processed – slowly – in our adjacent Pasta factory, in the hills of the Marche, where it becomes the Girolomoni pasta that we export all over the world.
