Only semolina from organic wheat and spring water from the hills are used to make Girolomoni long pasta, presented here in the myriad formats handed down by traditional pasta making in Italy.
You can find spaghetti, the crème de la crème when it comes to tasting and available in all our lines, from spaghettini to spaghettoni, made in durum wheat, semi-wholemeal, and wholemeal semolina. We also have tagliatelle, the typical pasta served in the inland area of the Marche, as well as linguine and chitarrine. Try all of our formats.
