The flour is stone ground and made with chickpeas grown in Italy, recovering also the smallest and broken ones, so that they are not wasted. Below is a recipe that reflects the concept of recovery behind this product.

Omelette in the oven
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 200 g of chickpea flour;
- 300 g of vegetables;
- 1 small red onion;
- 400 g of water;
- turmeric powder to taste;
- salt to taste.;
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
Method:
Cut the previously washed vegetables and chop the onion. Put the flour in a bowl together with the turmeric and salt, pour the water slowly and at the same time mix with a whisk to avoid lumps, incorporate the vegetables and onion. Line a pan with parchment paper, grease it with a drizzle of oil and pour the mixture into it, bake and bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. When cooked, remove from the oven and serve still hot.
