Ingredients: organic whole durum wheat semolina, water. May contain soy and mustard
Preparation (4 serves)
Cooking: 5-8 min
Pour 280 g couscous into a bowl and add 350 ml hot (not boiling) water. Cover to allow couscous steam for about 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil, fluff it with a fork.
