Produced by us, from wheat to pasta
Our semi-wholemeal pasta has been carefully tried and tested by our millers, pasta makers and quality department.
We have succeeded in creating a pasta that is a source of fibre, with a higher mineral and vitamin content than pasta made with white flour, but it also has a more delicate flavour and aroma compared to wholemeal pasta. This is thanks to the recovery of the finer bran, which is not so external and remains closer to the heart of the grain.

Organically grown wheat, gently ground in our Mill. The semolina is immediately processed – slowly – in our adjacent Pasta factory, in the hills of the Marche, where it becomes the Girolomoni pasta that we export all over the world.
