Made using only the heart of our organically grown wheat, Girolomoni white semolina pasta contains the best gluten and therefore, has the best yield in terms of elasticity and bulk. You will smell the distinctive aromas of wheat and fresh breadcrumb.

You can find it in our Durum Wheat range, rough extruded durum wheat, Dicocco emmer, Senatore Cappelli, and in our special formats.

Organically grown wheat, gently ground in our Mill. The semolina is immediately processed – slowly – in our adjacent Pasta factory, in the hills of the Marche, where it becomes the Girolomoni pasta that we export all over the world.
